E510 — Resetter Canon
Press and hold the button (the triangle inside a circle).
The green power light and the orange alarm light will flash alternately 7 times.

Knowing how to use a resetter is an essential skill for any owner of a Canon E510, as it allows you to bypass a common and frustrating printer lockup. The software method is generally the most reliable for a complete reset. Always remember that a reset should be combined with occasional physical maintenance to clean or replace the waste ink pads to prevent long-term damage to your printer.
