: The USB drive might not be formatted correctly or is too large. Ensure it is explicitly formatted to FAT32 (not exFAT or NTFS). Try using a smaller, older USB 2.0 drive, as some newer USB 3.0/3.1 drives are not recognized by the bootloader initial sequence.
